Authorisation for Trades
For trades which require licensing, requisite licence from the relevant authorities (e.g. National Environment Agency) must be obtained before commencing operations.
The tenancy/licence commencement date as stipulated in HDB’s Letter of Acceptance cannot be changed irrespective of the outcome of your applications for the required licences from the relevant authorities.
