Rent & SC/CC fees
The rent shown excludes Service and Conservancy Charges (SC/CC), parking charges and Goods and Services Tax (GST). Though, rent payment is due on the 1st day of the month, tenants could still pay their rents before the end of the month.
The SC/CC covers the maintenance of common area including cleaning, horticultural works, carpark lighting and repairs in common area. In newer developments, SC/CC also covers the collection of trade refuse and maintenance of the security guards for the estate.
