Paying Your Rent & Fees

You can pay your rent and fees by the following ways:

GIRO

Your rental and fee payments are deducted from your bank account on the 28th of the current month. If 28th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deduction will be made on the next working day. If the first deduction is unsuccessful, a second deduction will be made on the 6th of the following month. If 6th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deduction will be made on the next working day. This will help ease your cash flow especially when your funds come in only after the date of the first deduction.

You can apply for Interbank GIRO by completing the application form online via HDB's e-Services. Simply print a hardcopy and post it to HDB for your bank's authentication of signature/thumbprint.

Alternatively, if you have an Internet banking account with OCBC or UOB, you may sign up online by accessing OCBC's internet banking website www.ocbc.com/internet-banking/ or UOB's internet banking website https://pib.uob.com.sg/, using the access code and PIN number assigned by the bank.
