Checking Your Rent & Payment Status
For your convenience, Statement of Accounts/Tax Invoices are now available online from the 12th of each month onwards.
All you have to do is to login to the Member Services to view your current Statement of Accounts/Tax Invoices, up to the past 18 months. You are encouraged to print a copy for record purposes.
You may request for a Statement of Accounts/Tax Invoices (click here for Request Form) for periods earlier than the past 18 months. The request would be subjected to a $5 (GST) inclusive administrative fee per Statement of Account/Tax Invoice.
If a SOA / Tax Invoice is unavailable, it may be held back due to account matters. Do contact your respective Officers-In-Charge (Tenancy OICs or Lease OICs) for further details.
