Q1 Why do tenants/lessees need to submit A&A application ?
A1 Under the provision of the Building Control Act (Chapter 29), tenants/Lessees who wish to carry out Alteration and Addition ( A&A ) works to the Industrial premises, are required to submit A&A application for approval and notify HDB.
