Paying The Reinstatement Deposit


Step 1

Tenant to email to ipdmail@hdb.gov.sg to enquire on the need to pay a Reinstatement Deposit.  Information required from the enquirer are:
  1. Name of the Registered Tenant
  2. Address of industrial premises and
  3. HDB account numbers

Step 2

Tenant will be informed via email on the need to pay a Reinstatement Deposit. 

 

Step 3

  1. If a Reinstatement Deposit has been paid, the tenant shall engage a consultant to submit application(s) for Addition and Alteration (A&A) works to HDB(IPD), via CORENET e-Submission System.
  2. If there is a need to pay a Reinstatement Deposit,
    1. HDB’s reply email will indicate the amount payable and location for payment;
    2. Tenant shall proceed to make payment with the duly endorsed “ PAYMENT OF REINSTATEMENT DEPOSIT FOR ADDITION AND ALTERATION WORKS “ form;
    3. After payment is made, consultant shall submit the application for A&A works to HDB(IPD), via CORENET e-Submission System.

Mode of Payment


Tenant shall make payment to HDB via:-
  1. Cash – payable at HDB Hub, 3rd storey Atrium Cashier OR
  2. Cheque – payable to ‘HDB’.

Note: The tenant’s name, contact number, HDB reference number, and purpose of payment must be indicated behind the cheque.
