The role of a QP
- Assess and endorse the feasibility of the proposed works
- Assist in the lodgement or building plan submissions
- Certify the completed works complying with the following:
- Structural integrity and safety of the structures erected within the premises as well as the building.
- Regulatory and statutory requirements.

The full register of QPs can be found on the Professional Engineers (PE) Board website at www.peb.gov.sg under the heading ”Directory of Professional Engineers”. Alternatively, tenants / lessees may obtain a "Listing of Practitioners” personally from the PE Board at 5 Maxwell Road, 1st Storey MND Complex, Singapore 069110.
