Tampines Industrial Park A is bounded by the Pan-Island Expressway, Tampines Ave 1 & 5. It comprises mainly 4-storey industrial shop blocks which were built in 1985, housing a total of over 900 units. Typical unit floor size is about 100 sqm. It has 3 eating houses within the estate providing a variety of food stalls serving the workers and customers to the industrial shops.

Future Plans

Based on Gazetted Master Plan 2008, majority of the industrial estate is currently zoned for Business 2 uses.(Please visit Urban Redevelopment Authority website to view the Master Plan for the estate. You may key in "Tampines Street 92" under Streetname query to locate the estate.)

Based on current HDB Industrial Redevelopment Programme (IRP), there are currently no plans to redevelop within the next 10 years.(Please note that this is only estimated timing and is still subject to HDB's yearly reviews on the IRP taking into account of various factors such as economic conditions.) The existing tenancies will continue to be renewed up to 3 years. Sufficient ample relocation notices (if any) of at least 18 months will be given to the affected tenants.
