Based on current HDB Industrial Redevelopment Programme (IRP), there are currently no plans to redevelop within the next 10 years. (Please note that this is only estimated timing and is still subject to HDB's yearly reviews on the IRP taking into account of various factors such as economic conditions.)The existing tenancies will continue to be renewed up to 3 years. Sufficient ample relocation notices (if any) of at least 18 months will be given to the affected tenants. In most cases, it will take about 2-3 years after the relocation notices for tenants to move out the affected premises physically.
