Factory Types
Industrial Shop
Our industrial shops are normally 4 storeys high, housing light and non-pollutive industries in areas of high population density.
Industrial Complex
Industrial complexes are high-rised and equipped with newer and better facilities such as higher electrical and floor loading. They also come with ramped-up design to allow vehicles to drive up, load and unload goods right at the doorstep.
Prototype Factory (Stand Alone or Semi-Detached)
These are mainly stand alone factories, ideal for manufacturing, storage activities cum ancillary office use.
Terrace Workshop
Mainly single-storey, low-rised workshops that provide ease of movement of machinery, forklifts and goods.
Warehouse
Low-rise as well as high-rise warehouses, suitable for bulk storage of raw materials or finished or partly finished goods.
Industrial Trades
Food
Our food blocks are approved for food processing and production. Trades housed in these food blocks include making of coffee, satay, bakery, catering business and so forth.
Clean/Light
These developments are suitable for a wide array of clean & light industrial activities from software development, printing, electrical / electronics, manufacturing, production, assembly, servicing to R & D.
Motor
Other than vehicle repairs, we also have motor parts and accessories suppliers and many other motor-related trades operating in our motor workshops.
Warehouse
Our warehouses are suitable for exporters and importers and logistics companies, catering to their handling, storage and distribution of goods.
Woodworking
The woodworking blocks house mainly furniture making and related trades.
