Car Parks

HDB’s industrial estates are provided with car parks to serve the needs of our tenants and their customers. The car parks are either managed by HDB or outsourced to external operators. Car parks outsourced to external car park operators are equipped with Electronic Parking Systems (EPS) and can be easily identified by barriers at the entrance and exit points. The operators also station their staff at these car parks to provide services such as application and renewal of season parking tickets.

Tenants who wish to purchase season parking tickets can do so online or at any HDB Branch Office/Service Centre islandwide. For short-term parking, you would need to display parking coupons. As a reminder, it is a parking offence to park in a coupon/season parking lot without displaying a valid parking coupon/season parking ticket.
