i. Creation or transfer of a Mortgage / Charge
ii. Change in the amount of facilities secured

• Lessee / solicitor needs to submit the Notice of Mortgage / Charge as well as a copy of the Mortgage / Charge letter of offer at least 7 days before the creation or transfer of any mortgage / charge.
