For Land
Change Of Approved Trade* / Inclusion Of Additional Trade
- Lessee needs to obtain approval from NEA and the other relevant authorities for their proposed trade / additional trade.
- Lessee needs to pay a consent fee of $500/- (excluding GST).
* (Note : For change of approved trade, any change of classification of industry use would be subject to URA’s confirmation.)
Admission And/Or Withdrawal Of Partners / Shareholders
- No change to the existing approved trade.
- No change to the company existing legal entity, Unique Entity Number (UEN)
- It does not tantamount to an assignment or an outright transfer of the Lease to another party.
- Lessee needs to pay a consent fee of $500/- (excluding GST).
Change Of Company Name (UEN or ACRA number remains the same)
- Lessee needs to forward to HDB a copy of the Certificate of Change of Company Name.
- No consent fee payable.
Change Of Mode Of Business
- Original partners / shareholders shall retain at least 51% of the shares after change of mode of business.
Lessee needs to pay a consent fee of $500/- (excluding GST).
How To
- Complete and submit the online Business Change application form
- You will receive an online acknowledgement of receipt of application
- You will have to pay the applicable fees, and
confirm in writing your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions - The application will be approved once the above steps are completed.
