Reporting Defects
Within the three month of the tenancy commencement, if you find any defects within the factory unit, you can report the defects via HDB Electronic Maintenance Service System. After you have submitted this form, our Facilities Management Officer will contact you and arrange for an appointment to repair the defects.
Alternatively, you may also contact our Facilities Management Officers directly to make an appointment.
