| 4 | Fittings and fixtures inside premises | Maintain fittings and fixtures after the expiry of three (3) months warranty period from commencement date of tenancy. |
| 5 | Fire safety | Keep fire escape passages/routes/firemen access glass panel and fire protection equipments/fixtures free of obstruction at all times. |
| 6 | Noise generation and emission of dust | Comply with regulations by National Environmental Authority. |
| 7 | Burning of incense papers |
Burn incense paper outside premises. For high rise factories, burn incense paper in bins provided at ground floor. |
| 8 | Housing of workers | No housing of workers within premises. |
| 9 | Rubbish and unwanted articles |
Engage NEA's licensed waste disposal contractor for disposal of rubbish/waste. Store rubbish/waste in proper rubbish bins or waste containers. Do not bring rubbish/waste or unwanted articles to premises for disposal. |
| 10 | Renovation of premises | Comply with renovation guidelines by HDB (Industrial Properties) for additions and alterations works. |
| 11 | Use of forklifts and transportation vehicles within building/estate | Comply with NEA, LTA or relevant authorities' regulations or approval by HDB (Industrial Properties). |
| 12 | Placing of containers/Erecting of temporary function tents | Obtain approval from HDB (Industrial Properties) before placing/erecting containers/ tents. |
In addition to observing HDB's House Rules, tenants/lessees are advised not to cause disamenity or inconvenience to the neighbourhood. The list below contains some basic rules to observe and the penalties involved in view of infringement.

Noise Pollution
In order to ensure a safe and conducive environment for all industrial tenants and lessees, tenants/lessee are advised to observe NEA's guidelines for permissible noise level for industrial operations.
Details on NEA’s permissible noise levels for construction sites and industrial premises are as such:
