Maintenance not covered by HDB

As HDB Lessees\Tenants, you are obliged to keep and maintain the premises and all fixtures and fittings irrespective of whether these are located within or outside the premises in clean, proper, good and tenable repair and condition. All fixtures and fittings, not exclusive to the following:-

  1. Fire Protection System within the unit
    1. Fire extinguishers
    2. Water hose-reels
    3. Sprinkler points
    4. Smoke/heat detectors
    5. Exit/emergency lights
  2. Glass panel/louvre crack
  3. Defective door and window (including roller shutters)
  4. Letter box
  5. Sanitary fixtures and fittings eg basin, water closet (WC), cisterns, leaking pipes and taps
  6. Gully/floor trap, WC or basin/sink choke
  7. Internal water pipes
  8. Ventilation/exhaust fans
