We provide safe and habitable industrial premises by maintaining building functionality and serviceability. To keep the structures and exteriors of our buildings in a good state, maintenance works are carried out to the following areas:-

- Water Supply System, e.g.
- Low water pressure
- No water supply
- Sanitary and Sewerage System, e.g.
- External water service pipes
- Rainwater down pipe
- Drain / sewerage lines / manholes
- Main waste / soil / vent pipes
- Common areas / pavement/ footpath and means of access
- Electrical Installation
- Electricity supply disruption
- Faulty corridor or public lightings / car parks lightings
